The Arizona Cleaver Stemons Scholarship Endowment Fund The Arizona Cleaver Stemons Scholarship Endowment Fund was established in 2004 as a way to serve with perpetuity, the hundreds of youth in the Philadelphia area who desire to attend an institution of higher education. The Fund, in partnership with the Philadelphia Foundation, is tax exempt under the Internal Revenue code 501 (c)(3).
